Africa has been calling.
We answer it with you.

Touch Afrika was born from a simple truth: too many people dream of Africa but never go — not because they can't afford it, but because they don't want to go alone.

We exist to solve that. We are a U.S.-based luxury tour company built specifically for solo travelers. You join a small, carefully curated group of like-minded explorers. You arrive in South Africa with a carry-on and a sense of adventure. We handle absolutely everything else.

Fly Solo

Buy your transatlantic flight. That's it. We manage everything from the moment you land.

True All-Inclusive

Accommodation, excursions, transport, meals, guides — bundled into one transparent price.

Curated Luxury

Every lodge, hotel, and experience is hand-selected. No compromises on quality or authenticity.

Intimate Groups

Maximum 16 travelers. Small enough to be personal, large enough to build real friendships.

Four worlds.
One unforgettable journey.

What our solo explorers say.

"
★★★★★
I had dreamed of Africa for fifteen years. I was terrified to go alone. Touch Afrika made it the most extraordinary, safe, and genuinely life-changing experience of my life. I cried on the flight home — not because it was over, but because it actually happened.

As a solo traveler who's been to 40+ countries, Touch Afrika sits in a different category. The hot air balloon over Magaliesburg at sunrise is one of the top three moments of my entire life. And I have friends for life from that group.

The Bela Bela hot springs, the penguins at Boulders Beach, sundowners in Stellenbosch — every single day delivered something I'll never forget. I went alone and came home with ten new family members. Already booked my next Touch Afrika trip.

Simple as four steps.

1

Book Your Discovery Call

A 30-minute call with our founder to match you with the right package, answer questions, and confirm availability on your preferred dates.

2

Secure Your Spot

Reserve with a $1,000 deposit. Balance due 90 days before departure. We'll send you a full pre-trip briefing pack.

3

Book Your Flight

Fly into Johannesburg OR Tambo International. We'll guide you on the best airlines and arrival times. Everything after that — we've got.

4

Show Up & Explore

Your Touch Afrika tour director meets you at arrivals. From that moment, Africa unfolds exactly as it should — without a single worry.

Your questions, answered.

No. U.S. passport holders do not require a visa for South Africa and may stay up to 90 days. Simply ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date and has at least one blank page for an entry stamp.
With proper preparation and local guidance, absolutely yes. All Touch Afrika itineraries use vetted, secure accommodation and trusted transport partners. You are never navigating independently — your tour director is with the group at all times. We also provide a comprehensive safety briefing before departure.
Great news — our 10-Day Explorer route (Johannesburg, Bela Bela, Magaliesburg, Cape Town) is entirely malaria-free. No prophylaxis is required. If you add a Kruger National Park safari extension, consult your travel health clinic about precautions.
Our travelers typically range from late 20s to mid-50s — mostly career professionals taking a bucket-list trip. There's no upper age limit. The minimum age is 18. Groups are always diverse and the friendships formed are remarkable.
Cancellations 90+ days before departure receive a full deposit refund or credit. Cancellations 60–90 days out forfeit the deposit but receive full credit toward a future tour. Cancellations under 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
Moderate fitness is sufficient. Activities include walking on tours, some gentle hiking, and standing for 60–90 minutes during the balloon safari. No extreme physical activity is required. If you have specific mobility considerations, contact us and we'll work with you to accommodate your needs.

Africa has been waiting.
Your moment is now.

Stop scrolling past your dream. Spaces are limited to 16 travelers per tour. Your group is already forming.
